Our boat the Anna-Lucia boat was first constructed in the Trat (Thailand) dockyard in 2006. Initially the vessel was designed for ferrying to and from ports.Adjustments were made in 2013 by a diving enthusiast, to be renovated into a live-aboard diving ship.
In 2016 Asia Blue Sea Safari purchased the boat and began updating and renovating. As you can see the boat has evolved to become the number one tour boat, in its new home around Koh Samui, Koh Phangan, Koh Tao and Angthong National Marine Park.
On board we offer a completely air conditioned lounge on the first floor. This is one of the multiple seating areas for your comfort and relaxation.
The middle deck of the boat by the bar. On the second level we have our fully stocked bar, covered lounge and a BBQ. Follow up the stairs to our top deck/sun deck you can relax on our sofas or lay on our lounge beds and sun bathe.
You can enjoy refreshment throughout your voyage, from our fully functional kitchen, serving Western and Thai food. We also offer two western style toilets, shower facilities and a dive staging area on the bottom deck.
Capacity for the Anna-Lucia is 80 passengers, with five boat crew to ensure a seamless experience. The dive staging area is equipped for 20+ scuba divers and equipment and 60 snorkeling sets.
On our overnight Angthong tour there is the option to convert some of our spaces into sleep-able beds along with the bedding as well, allowing an overnight tour. This gives the customer the choice to sleep in an air conditioned room on the boat, or a tent/bungalow located on the beautiful island!
For those with an interest in the mechanical side of boating,the engine is a Hino 380hp , with two Toyota Diesel generators one with an output of 30kW and the second providing 50kW. These are complimented by a backup generator of 20kW to provide stability. To ensure passenger safety on-board are 120 safety vests and 2 life rafts for emergencies. Our navigation set includes a radar koden, Suzuki underwater sonar, card plotter, two radio stations and a satellite-link station.
